This quote! 6 words have never impacted me so hard! THIS! I received a little Kikki K desk quote stand. To gather a better under standing, this is what they look like 🙂

I cam across this pictured quote & I instantly fell in love! I am constantly wanting THE FINISH line, ALL THE TIME! I want it right now! I am very impatient & I tend to get very frustrated along my journey bc it may be taking longer for a certain something to happen.

Coming across this quote opened my eyes to understand that even though we may be taking baby steps, when we look back we’ve walked so FAR in life.

I can use my anxiety as an example, 4 years ago I NEVER PICTURED MYSELF WHERE I AM NOW. I was bed ridden, had given up & was at my darkest point in life. But step by step & day by day my mindset began to shift & when I look back I cannot believe ‘how far I’ve walked’ & how far I have come.

My Nominees:

I can’t wait to see the quotes you love & why ❤

My Thoughts On This Challenge:

I am so happy that I have been nominated for this award. I got to share a part of me that is very close to me. My anxiety is apart of my life & I come as a package deal. It’s me + my anxiety ❤ I am so grateful that these 3 quotes over the last 3 days have been anxiety related, as I said earlier, it’s amazing how strong & powerful a quote can be & how much it can change your mindset & shift your thought pattern.

Wherever you are in the world, have a lovely day ❤

Another great quote that I absolutely love! This quote may look a little familiar to you as this is on the home page of my blog ❤ This quote was once told to me in my early days of blogging & once again STUCK TO ME, just like yesterdays one I mentioned.

I love that powerful quotes can get you through dark times, I am so happy that I look at quotes this way as it really helps me mentally ❤

As much as we harm ourselves mentally, put ourselves down, think negative, overthink everything, self doubt etc we can use the same amount of energy to HEAL OURSELVES & praise ourselves, think positive & live life to our fullest with an uplifting attitude.

Instead of giving all our attention to negative things, if we give attention to positive things then our lives will seem a little less chaotic ❤

My Nominees:

I can’t wait to see the quotes you love & why ❤

Stay tuned for Day 3’s quote ❤

God gives his hardest battles to is strongest soldiers

This quote has appealed to me for YEARS.. When I say YEARS… I mean it! I don’t even remember the first time I heard this quote but when I did it MOVED ME! & Ever since it has stuck to me like glue.

This quote has gotten me through the darkest times with my anxiety – here is my anxiety story if you have not read it.

This quote gave me strength when I didn’t have any ounce of strength in me – This made me feel as though God wouldn’t of given me anxiety if he thought I couldn’t fight it!

Stay tuned for Day 2’s quote ❤

We are up to day 9, & its never too late to start 🙂 I’d love to see you there.

Big things have been happening this month, this month is a VERY big month for me.

I am too doing the Self Care Challenge w/ you all + will be posting my journey in a one-sentence-per-day blog when the challenge is over.

So its a very big month for so many reasons – it’s a struggle but I am keeping my mind busy. It’s the best way otherwise I will drive myself mental.

Thank you for those that take the time to read my blog + give me advice 🙂 You all are so appreciated.

I just uploaded a new photo on my instagram w/ a quote that I absolutely love, which is: Your mind is a garden, your thoughts are the seeds – you can grow flowers or you can grow weeds.

Wherever you are in the world, have a lovely day ❤
