Hello loves, ❤

HAPPY MONDAY 🙂 It’s Monday morning here in Sydney, Australia. HOW WAS EVERYONES WEEKEND?

It was Mothers Day here in Australia on Sunday, after giving the surprise day to our mother, I can now share what we did & where we took her.

We started our morning with coffees & hot chocolate (I had mine w/ almond milk)

I am loving not having dairy, I feel less bloated & more energised.

I am going to do a post on the last week & my eating patterns & how I’ve changed them & how I have been feeling. *STAY TUNED*

We went into the city & had some lunch, at FAT NOODLE (yes, the place is called Fat Noodle) I had some really good pho, it was delicious 🙂

It was s yummy, I do not eat Pho often but this one most certainly hit the spot.

The servings were so big, I couldn’t even finish mine.

We then took our mumma bear to have a one hour massage – me, my sister & my mum were all in the same room & experienced the massage together, I absolutely loved it. I think I fell asleep TWICE. I was SO relaxed, I most certainly needed it, especially after the last 4-5 weeks, I’ve been feeling.

We took a selfie in our robes together, it was such a beautiful experience  – Afterwards we had some tea together & relaxed 🙂

I hope mum enjoyed her Mother’s Day, she said she loved it & all her presents we got her.

Now, we all know why were are here & why I am writing this blog.

Another 1000 views to add to the bag – 79,000 views WHOOOOOOAH!

I am so grateful & thankful for all of you lovely people supporting me along my anxiety journey ❤

I have to admit it was quite hard talking about anxiety at first but now I am so honest & open with it that I want to help others & help others have a voice.

Thank you to the below people that have re-blogged my posts:

My Birthday Weekend – Swimming, The Langham & Food.

Hello lovely people ❤

I pray you all had a beautiful weekend. I had THE BEST weekend. EVER!

Both Saturday + Sunday, I spent w/ Rach, she made my birthday one to remember.

Saturday, I went to the Mind, Body & Soul Festival. I go every year, the event is on 2 times per year. Once in May & One in October, I am there without fail. I love it! I purchased 3 books this year.

  • The Little Book of Hygge by Meik Wiking
  • It’s All Good by Cassie Mendoza-Jones (Started reading this one on the train to work)
  • Positive Energy by Tanaaz Chubbs

I than went to the Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre & went for a swim w/ Rach, that was SO much FUN. Swimming isn’t easy, I woke up the next day w/ a SORE BODY. The chlorine dried out my skin SOOOOOO much, but was def worth the experience. The last time I went to the Aquatic Centre, I would’ve been atleast 10 years old.

We than went out for food, I had a lovely acai bowl, whilst Rach had a breakfast plate.

Rach also did my nails, she did a nude colour shellac coating w/ some gold glitter on the accent nail. #birthdaynails

I also watched SLEEPING BEAUTY for the FIRST time… ever! Yes, I know where was I as a child? Why didn’t I watch Disney movies? I know, I know, I am the wost. I only watched The Lion King last year.

I loved Sleeping Beauty, I was so intrigued. I than watched Maleficent… WOW! That is a whole different BALL GAME. Has anyone watched that?

On Sunday, Rach took me out for my birthday. We went for a walk at Barangaroo, Sydney – the view was amazing. I would love to do a picnic there in the near future, it was AMAZING. We sat by the sun & had a beautiful morning, chatting etc.

We than made out way to The Langham for a beautiful treatment, I had the most amazing massage of my life, the therapist was amazing, she really took a lot of the knots out of my body (I am so knotted from the gym as well as sleeping like a PRETZEL & also sitting at a computer desk all day.

I felt like a new woman after it!

We than had access to the pool, spa, sauna – what an amazing experience. the inside of this pool area AMAZED me so much. It was honestly the most amazing experience – the pool was set at a nice warm temperature.

We than got ready for our High Tea lunch together, got dressed up, put some make up on, did my hair & off we went upstairs to our High Tea experience.

I absolutely loved it, I tried food I would NEVER try.8BF05BC0-A6F7-480A-A3A0-90294BD87FF6

Al the food came out on a cute Cupcake-looking-stand. When you see it, you think there’s only a little bit of this & a little bit of that.

BUT… Don’t be fooled. I was full just after the bottom tier. The scones filled me up. BUT they were the best SCONES of my life. & I’ve tried my fair share of scones. The jam was delicious & they whipped their own cream there. I WAS AMAZED.

Below is a photo of the menu & the things we got to try.

(Look at the design of the cup & plate, sooooo cute)

The only thing I didn’t like & I have to be honest is Duck Liver Parfait, when Rach & I tried, we both look at each other & just put the food back on the table.

I would never try DUCK but I did & I am proud. The food was lovely. By the time we got the the top of the tier, I was STUFFFFFFFFFFED. My stomach was going to burst. EB6E238C-7120-4099-95BC-4464D8592182

I also had the most beautiful tea, I had a peach flower tea pot, it was honestly such a beautiful tea.

I really need to see if T2 has this tea, I WILL BUY IT!

Just when I thought it was all over… Rach organised a lovely platter of chocolates to come out  & they wrote Happy Birthday on the plate. It was so lovely of Rach to organise this. I was gobbsmacked!

The walk back to car was NEEDED bc I was SOOOOOO FULL. It was a mission to walk back to the car in my heels BUT I did it 🙂

Rach got a nice photo of my outside The Langham when we were leaving which I really like.

I am so happy that I got to share my weekend w/ you all.

I am so excited for this week leading up to my birthday 🙂

I am very grateful of such a beautiful weekend from such a beautiful & lovely friend ❤

Good afternoon lovely people ❤

I hope you are all well, as I have just gotten into the office & settle i, I thought I’d do a quick blog post.

I had a work conference this morning & it was AMAZZZZZING! We got to see the rest of the movies for 2017 & what 2018 is bringing. There are some GREAT movies coming out, I am SO excited.

I am fully healed from my cupping bruises (Blog is here Cupping Therapy), the bruises are all gone, I went to get a massage on the weekend, it was THE BEST THING EVER! I couldn’t believe how well the masseuse massaged me, I also ate the BEST acai bowl afterwards, it was delicious.

I love that you are all so real with me & my posts, you all share your stories on my blogs in the comment sections, & I love it, I feel like I am starting to get to know you all individually.

This has been a wonderful journey so far – I have enjoyed every minute of it. I have started to come out of my shell more & start posting things that are relevant to me.

I normally don’t tell people my problems but to have all your support w/ my 2 anxiety posts I Must Confess… & Anxiety in Relationships – I am so bless to have you all.

These 2 blogs are the RAW me, this is me sharing my journey w/ you all & to have so many people like the post, comment & even take the time to read it means so much to me.

WordPress has become a place where I do not feel alone, starting blogging is scary but I felt so welcomed from the start.
