Love this! Writing had very much been my therapy, I would be lost right now without it.

Writing allows that inner expression that cannot always be blurted out on the street. With this medium, blogging at least, that inner expression can also have some feedback, which produces a balancing effect. It a way to experience community in an unobtrusive atmosphere. ❤

I love this post!!! My inspiration derives mainly from strong emotion or as a response to what goes on around me and I sometimes find that I forget why it is that I choose to write and to share my work. This is so well written and clearly articulates what I am sure that many writers feel bt may forget as we further develop our craft.

Writing has made me realize even more than before how little I know, too. For example, if I consider writing a story in which a character likes to work on their garden, I wouldn’t be able to make those scenes very detailed right now, since I hardly know anything about gardening. At first, I was bummed about how empty my mind is. Then I realized, that just means research to do! Since life circumstances have pushed me into (for now, at least) an unstructured life with lots of free time, that’ll help me pass the time and feel productive. Yay! It’s nice to find out that someone else has felt similarly.
