HAPPY MONDAY 🙂 It’s Monday morning here in Sydney, Australia. HOW WAS EVERYONES WEEKEND?
It was Mothers Day here in Australia on Sunday, after giving the surprise day to our mother, I can now share what we did & where we took her.
We started our morning with coffees & hot chocolate (I had mine w/ almond milk)
I am loving not having dairy, I feel less bloated & more energised.
I am going to do a post on the last week & my eating patterns & how I’ve changed them & how I have been feeling. *STAY TUNED*
We went into the city & had some lunch, at FAT NOODLE (yes, the place is called Fat Noodle) I had some really good pho, it was delicious 🙂
It was s yummy, I do not eat Pho often but this one most certainly hit the spot.
The servings were so big, I couldn’t even finish mine.
We then took our mumma bear to have a one hour massage – me, my sister & my mum were all in the same room & experienced the massage together, I absolutely loved it. I think I fell asleep TWICE. I was SO relaxed, I most certainly needed it, especially after the last 4-5 weeks, I’ve been feeling.
We took a selfie in our robes together, it was such a beautiful experience – Afterwards we had some tea together & relaxed 🙂
I hope mum enjoyed her Mother’s Day, she said she loved it & all her presents we got her.
Now, we all know why were are here & why I am writing this blog.
