Happy Wednesday, it’s Wednesday here in Sydney, Australia.
I feel asleep so early last night, approx 8:30pm (which is very early for me), I slept like a complete log, didn’t move. Then i woke up & did a morning workout which made me feel better.
I can’t seem to shake this YUCKY feeling I’ve been feeling lately – Nearly the whole month of April I felt this way & it’s now rolled onto May.
I feel defeated & deflated 😦 And, in all honesty, I am trying to pick myself back up off the ground but this time I have to admit its been HARD! Harder then ever.
This is a lovely reminder that we are all human & we all have down days, weeks & even months.
On a brighter note, we are here bc… WE HAVE HIT 77,000 VIEWS! I am so grateful for all of you lovely people that have been there fr me since get go of my blog as well all the lovely new people that I welcome with open arms daily on my blog 🙂
It’s your love & support that motivates me to blog – It’s the inspiration behind every post & sharing my feelings & so many people being able to relate that continues to make me feel that I am not alone.

Considering we are in MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH, I am going to be posting anxiety blogs all month 🙂 I want to do so bc I want the word of anxiety to be heard, I want those around us to know how we feel & for others that this this way, that they are not alone.
My Mindful Bootcamp is tomorrow AND I AM SO EXCITED. I am a little nervous, but excited 🙂
