Hello loves, ā¤
HAPPY MONDAY! Short working week for me, I have Wednesday off due to ANZAC Day. Does anyone else have a short week? I am so excited. What does everyone have planned? It’s going to be raining here in Sydney, Australia on Wednesday so I am not sure what I am going to do. Snuggle in bed? LOL. There is a great chance!
How was everyone’s weekend? I spent a lot of time outdoors, which I love.
Being outdoors honestly does something amazing to me mentally, I feel so good š
Is this just me or do you feel this way too? THE GREAT OUTDOORS MAKE ME FEEL ALIVE
So, I tried something new this weekend, both Saturday & Sunday – On Saturday morning, as soon as I woke up I opened my blind & window, let the sun in & fresh air in straight away I didn’t even give myself the option to fall back asleep. I took the sheets & cover off my bed & washed them straight away & then started cleaning my room, this got me motivated for the day straight away which I loved. I also did the same thing on Sunday, as soon as I woke up, I opened the blind & the window & let fresh air in & sunlight straight away. The bright light & fresh air got me prepared for the day ahead š
I love going for walks, they honestly do something to my soul – They awaken me from feeling dormant. Sitting at a desk all day can be mentally exhausting, which plays a lot on the way I feel in my personal life.Ā (My mind tends to tick when I am at work)
Some of the above photos were taken in Cecil Hills, NSW (First Photo) where I tend to go for a walk near my home – there is a big hill there that I absolutely LOVE! The other photo (Photo 2 + 3) were taken in Bargo, NSW, I went there for a drive on Sunday. The last photo was taken in Wollongong, NSW – I did a lovely walk there, it was amazing ā¤
So… That was my weekend. NOW FOR WHY WE ARE REALLY HERE!
Here we are again, another 1000 views to add to the goodie bag! 72,000 Views! THANK YOU LORD ⤠I am so appreciative of all you lovely people for you ongoing support ⤠Without you all, Discovering Your happiness would be non-existent.
Thank you to the below people that have re-blogged my work:
Wherever you are in the world, have a lovely day ā¤
Also, I want to say congratulations to reaching such a huge milestone!

I love your photos! Yes, this morning I did just that and washed the sheets and opened the blinds. What a difference! It gave me the motivation to go for a walk and Iām still out right now. The weather has gotten warmer in Canada finally. I am curious to know what kind of field you are in for work?

What a nice spring day it appears to be in Australia, Anita! š
It’s 60 degrees here in Vermont. The locals have said it’s has been this “warm” since fall. By a Texas’s girl standards, 90 is warm. lol. š

The outdoors and walks are truly magical for my soul, too. Open blinds and windows are always a necessity for me. Itās a shame to think how many people have become disconnected from nature: it is the greatest healer Iāve ever known. Iām happy you wrote about it and share my feelings! š
