I COMPLETED 50KMS ON THE BIKE YESTERDAY! I couldn’t believe how much I rode but it truly felt so good both physically & mentally ❤
I know for a fact that I needed it – I have been feeling a little ‘off’ last week both mentally and physically, these off weeks remind me that I am human & I need to look after myself.
This week I have been focusing more on my diet, & being aware of what I am putting in my body & how that is fuelling me.
Breakfast: I’ve been having vanilla YoPro yoghurt w/ some granola.
Lunch: I’ve been making these brown rice + quinoa bowls w/ avocado, tomato & tuna.
Dinner: I’ve been having either red meat or white meet w/ veggies & salad.
Changing up my diet, I can really see how my body responds to healthy foods.
