the support, the love, the guidance, the kindness, I honestly have no words.
To make a blog & be the natural, raw me, not sugar coated nor disguised as someone else makes me feel so good 🙂 This is a place I can be me.
I have to say, I am SO impressed w/ how much response I am getting on my Anxiety in Relationships blog. This blog truly came from my heart bc as an anxiety sufferer, I wanted to share what goes through my mind within my relationship w/ J. With 152 likes, shares on Facebook, & people re-blogging on their WordPress blog sites is just phenomenal. Thank you for all your support ❤ It’s very appreciated.
NOW… I recieved my blood test results back for those that read my It Took 1 Day (25,000 Views) post. ANNNNNNNNNNND… The results came back fine 🙂 Praise the Lord.
The doctor said I just have very low iron, vitamin B12 & Vitamin D.
So in other words I need to eat more read meat & get into the sun more.
The doctor chose not to put me on medication but instead has change my whole diet around for the next 4 weeks to see if we can naturally get my Iron levels & D + B12 increased also.
My diet will now include more;
- Red Meat
- Kidney Beans
- Sesame Seeds
- Sunflower Seeds
- Fish + Tuna
I am okay w/ this- I will just incorporate it into pastas & salads etc.
So this explains my light headed, foggy, dizzy state of mind, this also explained my tiredness, feeling lathargic etc.
I am grateful nothing serious is wrong.
Is anyone else low on Iron & Vitamin D – how do you go about changing things in your life to increase these levels?
I am excited for this diet change 🙂 I have just purchased protein & other supps from Womens Best – I am very excited to be doing more with my fitness now.
