  2. Awesome suggestions! A tip my therapist had was to try to “reprogram my brain.” If I had a negative thought about myself, I needed to visualize a big stop sign. Then, I had to think of 3 positive things about myself. It was supposed to break the cycle of negative thoughts, and in the future help me not dwell so much on negative thoughts.
