It’s okay to have ‘off’ days 🙂 you are human + this is normal.
When we do feel this way, the below list could really help the way you feel.
- Take a bubble bath
- Read a good book
- Read a personal development book
- Read a fun magazine
- Have a solo dance party
- Listen to an inspirational podcast
- Paint your nails
- List 10 things you’re grateful for
- Play with a pet
- Try a guided meditation
- Play a board game
- Watch the clouds
- Stargaze outside
- Take three deep breaths
- Unfollow negative people on social media
- Unplug from technology for an hour
- Do a legs up the wall yoga pose (you just lie down on the floor next to the wall and put your legs up vertically on the wall)
- Take a cat nap
- Watch a funny movie or TV show
- Wear your pajamas all day
- Say positive affirmations
- Get dressed up for no reason 😃
- Drink a glass of water
- Declutter three things from your home
- Do some journaling
Add a nice face mask to your bubble and soak your stress away

I do a lot of these myself. There’s very little a soak in the bath surrounded by bubbles won’t solve! 😊

I must admit, I get bad days ALOT! It reminds me that I am human. With the good comes the bad, & vice versa.
if I can somehow improve my bad days, that's half the battle.

God uses bad days too! I’m glad His word shows so many examples among His people. He keeps me from feeling so bad about myself, or hopeless, or sinful. But I still have to lay in His arms at times. He holds you too! ❤
