Happy Tuesday – I am completing this blog whilst sitting at my work desk. Fridays are a VERY busy day for me, but I’ve stepped away from working for maybe half an hour to dedicate some time to my blog.

  • WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BLOG?
    • I was inspired to blog bc I was/am a blog reader so I wanted to step into the blogging world to share my experiences, and also knowledge that I have learnt along the way but also learn from others.
  • WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE MOVIE AND WHY?
    • A Walk to Remember – I think I’ve shared this A LOT on my blog. This movie is quite eye opening in regards to your faith in God as well as living life to the fullest (as cliche as this sounds) but knowing that life can be taken from you at any point + to appreciate the life you live & be happy at all times.
  • WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE SONG AT THE MOMENT?
    • At the moment I am loving New Rules by Dua Lipa – you must listen to it & tell me what you think. It’s literally on repeat.
  • WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT THE COUNTRY YOU LIVE IN?
    • I love Sydney Australia bc I feel like you can get SO many different scenery’s just a few hours apart. I can get the busy CBD, I can get falling snow, I can get the beach, I can get a relaxing spot – there is just so much in such a small space.
  • WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU FULL-ON BELLY LAUGHED AT SOMETHING? (FUNNY)
    • Haha, whenever I am w/ Rach – she makes me belly laugh A LOT! More than I have ever laughed!

It Took 3 Days (22,000 Views)

I hope you are all having a lovely morning – it’s morning here in Sydney, Australia AND… It’s friyay! Woohoo! I only did a 4 day working-week this week – I wasn’t well on Wednesday & had the day off. (Hence why you didn’t see a post from me on Wednesday)

Sometimes you need a day off to recuperate & have time to yourself. & thats exactly what I did + I really enjoyed my own company.

I think that is a good thing, I am really starting to enjoy my own company (this has been an issue for quite some time).

I can’t believe the 21 Day Self Care Challenge has come to an end – you all did such an amazing job – GREAT WORK!

I love how many lovely posts I’ve come by w/ people saying such beautiful things about me, you all warm my heart.

Self Care Ideas for Bad Days

It’s okay to have ‘off’ days 🙂 you are human + this is normal.

When we do feel this way, the below list could really help the way you feel.

  1. Take a bubble bath
  2. Read a good book
  3. Read a personal development book
  4. Read a fun magazine
  5. Have a solo dance party
  6. Listen to an inspirational podcast
  7. Paint your nails
  8. List 10 things you’re grateful for
  9. Play with a pet
