One of the best ways for me to deal with stress is to write.
When I write, I change my line of thoughts. For example, when I write fiction I simply imagine new scenarios in my head, whereas when I write in my journal I focus on the positive and go from one memory to another.
These small writing exercises make me feel good and help me to relax, especially after a stressful day.
It inspired me to create an exercise for you to use when you are feeling down.

I fell asleep before I got to click LIKE and respond. Physical Therapy on top of 2 hours sleep will do that. I will be sure to copy these down, and get something posted. They are a great help in thinking over the bucket list too! 🙂
