You Can Now Contact Me (E-Pals)

Hello lovely people ❤ ❤ ❤

This has been a lonnnnnng time coming, let me tell you 🙂 🙂

So, I have had a lot of people write on my blogs that they want to contact me direct to ask questions or get advice etc (Bless them, I think that is so nice of them)

Now, on my home page to the right under my social links, you can find my email 🙂 I shall also put it here for you: anita.pavlovic3@hotmail.com

You can now contact me via email, I feel that I want to give my lovely followers an opportunity to contact me direct bc I know of some beautiful people that have asked for advice but don’t want me to post the reply upon my blog post that they comment on (which I fully respect).

Moving forward you can now email me anything you like, whether you find a nice quote you want to share, whether you want some advice (I will try my best to help), or even if you just to have a chat (We can be e-pals).

I love getting to know my followers on a personal level, hence why I am constantly reading all of your blogs bc I want to know you all, I want to feel as though I am apart of your lives as you are all apart of mine.

When you do email me, give me a few hours to reply bc I will either be at work, the gym or sleeping 🙂

I thank you all for your ongoing support upon my blog, I couldn’t of done it without each & every one of you!

I look forward to hearing from you ❤ ❤

Wherever you are in the world, have a lovely day ❤

Sunny Sundays

Good morning to all, ❤

IMG_6606

It’s Monday morning here in Sydney, Australia – I am sitting at my work desk, ready to tackle the week.

Another weekend has past, I had a lovely weekend 🙂

I am really enjoying being outdoors, the sun gets to me so easily though 😦

The sunset was so lovely at work on Friday night (this is the view from my work), I than had dinner w/ Rach, which was nice.

IMG_6635I spent Saturday at the gym in the morning than with my mother for the rest of the day + night, we went out for coffee/brunch + also watched a movie together in the night.

It was lovely to spend time w/ my mother – I don’t do it often bc I am so busy during the week + so is she than on the weekends I am w/ J – so it was nice to spend some quality time w/ her.

In the night we watched a movie called Jack + Jill, its an oldie but a goodie – it has Adam Sandler in it! He makes me laugh SO hard!

IMG_6666Sunday morning, I got up cleaned my bedroom, opened the windows, let some sunlight in. I than vacuumed + washed my car (I love cleaning my own car + not paying people to clean it).

I than headed to Cronulla to meet up w/ Mel, the sun was AMAZING (Mel got a little sunburnt thats how hot it was). We went for a lovely walk together + got ice cream (ofcourse I had to get the Kinder Bueno flavour), we went for a nice long wak + sat by the cliff side + chatted for hours what seemed like minutes)

We than got some lunch together, we got fish, chips, calamari + chicken nuggets. My tummy never feels good after deep fried food, so my tummy was a bit unsettled 😦

IMG_6669I than dropped Mel back at her home + headed home to my place. Being in the sun is GREAT (don’t get me wrong) but bc I am very fair skin + didn’t wear sunscreen (oops), I feel like the heat got to me.

I went to the gym in the afternoon + smashed out arms + abs, I didn’t feel that I work to the best of my ability though bc I felt as though my body was tired.

I got home, had a shower, relaxed on the couch + read a book.

What did everyone do on their weekend – I pray you all had a lovely weekend.

Wherever you are in the world, have a lovely day ❤

Self Care Challenge Day 13: Friendships

21 Day Self Care Challenge Day Thirteen

Hey Lovely Person!

Let’s get social!

We have talked a lot about being busy and improving work/life balance, and an important part of that is making and maintaining friendships.

We all need friends, it’s part of the human condition, and without connections with others we feel lonely.

In this instance, technology is a double edged sword: It’s easier than ever to keep in touch through texts and social media, but the quality of the contact is very much watered down.

So your task today, is to contact a friend. Either ring them for a chat, or arrange to meet for a catch up.

If you haven’t contacted someone for a while yes, you may feel awkward at first, but a genuine apology and then showing a real interest in their life will get the ball rolling again.

Many friendships can survive a period apart, what’s important is you don’t let anxiety stop you taking that step, and I bet soon you’ll be chatting away like it was only yesterday you last spoke!

So take a look in your contacts list, and give it a go. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

Remember to explore your feelings in your journal.

Stay tuned for Day 14.

Wherever you are in the world, have a lovely day ❤
