Todays task is both simple and vital!
We’ll be looking at this again during this challenge, but for now let’s look at one simple thing you can change – your lunch break.
What are you doing for lunch today?
Is it going to be a sad sandwich, munched on at 10am mainly because you’re bored?
Or a boring salad because you’re ‘being good’?
How will you spend your lunch? Just keep on working – death by inbox, or use the time to catch up on memo’s you need to read?
Whether self employed, employed or a stay at home mum, you should take a lunch break. Studies show just a 20 minute break increases productivity, concentration, energy and creativity, so loads to gain.
For todays challenge, I’d like you to plan 5 days lunch breaks – what you’ll do, what you’ll need, what you’ll eat, where you’ll go – and then make it happen.

There are lots of ideas, with something for everyone and most of them free.
And with benefits of more energy, greater creativity, reduced stress, higher productivity and more happiness, you have nothing to lose.
Use your journal to explore how it feels. What feels great? What feels not so great? Are you aware of any discomfort? See if you can identify why.
