Hey lovely person!
So far you have started a journal, improved your sleep and experienced a mindful walk. Excellent!
Now…let’s talk about FUN!!
On a scale of 1-10, with 1 being laid on the sofa all day watching Netflix and 10 tearing about without breaks, how busy would you say you are?
I’m betting you are probably about an 8, so pretty busy, and that’s because being busy is currently so fashionable.
Busy is the new black.
But there’s an impact of busyness on your life: Guilt.
Guilt when you stop, guilt when you take a break, guilt when you’re not busy. Like by taking a break you’re doing something wrong. You’re not.
Finding time for yourself – This challenge is all about finding more ‘me’ time, more leisure time in order to do what YOU want to do.
Think of sports, activities, things done alone, things done with others, creative things, relaxing things, stimulating things.
Then, fill this into your diary.
All you need to do now is choose something to start with!
And if you have an activity which costs more, you can plan how to make it happen.
Stay tuned for Day 5.
Wherever you are in the world, have a lovely day ❤
Before my break down I was an 11 and now I’m a sloth. Not true I’m a 6 running to a million dr appointments

I am always guilty of the things mentioned in this post – but sometimes we need to understand that we need a break + time to switch off ❤

Love this! I think guilt is the number one hurdle in my life. I have this huge fear of being selfish so this one took a long time to get over. But so much better now saying yes to the things I love. Still a struggle sometimes but at least now I know guilt doesn’t have to control me.

I believe we are all struggling our own personal battle – our journeys are all different 🙂 Don’t let guilt control you, you control the guilt 🙂 YOU come first, no one else.
