Mind, Body + Spirit Festival & Sushi Date

What a lovely day today was, I enjoyed it so much.

I travelled into the Sydney, CBD from my house which was a good hours drive + parking to go to the Mind, Body + Spirit Festival.

It was SUPER busy, I couldn’t believe how busy it was, unfortunately I didn’t get to see everything but what I did get to see was really enjoyable.

IMG_4250I purchased 3 books today, I am super excited to read these books, I will give my opinion on them.

I purchased:

  • Destination Simple by Brooke Mcalary
  • Heart Thoughts by Louise Hay
  • The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari by Robin Sharma

I am so excited to read these – I spent a lot of my time at that book store choosing the right ones – books are such a big part of me. They make me feel mentally better when I am at a low – which is what I truly like.

IMG_4247I than caught up w/ my beautiful friend Rach & we went to eat sushi together, ahhh my love for sushi is beyond belief. Chicken schnitzel & avocado sushi, mm, mm, mmm.

It was such a lovely day in the sun, we ate outside & enjoyed being outdoors bc we are stuck inside the office all week for work, don’t get us wrong, we are grateful for our jobs, its just unfortunate that we don’t get to enjoy the outdoors as much as we would like.

Thank you for all you lovely people that followed me on snapchat & seen photos of the MBS Festival – I appreciate each & every one of you. I was surprised at how many people did add me & want to see my day, thank you for all joining me ❀

Tonight calls for a pamper night, going to do a treatment to my hair, paint my toes nails, have a tea, watch a movie, do some journalling & even more website work.

I’d love to know how everyone else’s weekends were πŸ™‚

Have a lovely night wherever you are in the world ❀
