Full Body Workout

Today I went to the gym & said to my self, I am going to smash a full body workout AND… I did! #missioncomplete

Having my ‘girlies’ at the moment (sorry, boys!) is making my tummy so so so sore, I didn’t think I could smash out a full body workout but one I started I was okay.

Unfortunately I am not in the right headspace at the moment, so I felt that I most certainly needed a gym session, the gym really helps w/ my anxiety, it takes my mind to another place.

Rainy Saturday Morning

Good morning from Sydney, Australia 🙂

Today is cloudy w/ a chance of a lazy movie day in bed.

IMG_4019I have to admit, as much as I love sunny days, being up early, being outdoors, being active – I truly love rainy days, it leaves me at peace & also reminds me STOP & REST!

Its yucky weather here in Sydney at the moment, we have a good few days of sunny days than a clump of rainy days – we get all seasons in a month.

I am going to use this weekend as a rest weekend as I have a busy week w/ work & events for work in the night time than also a busy weekend next weekend (which I am not complaining, I love to be busy) But, I will use this as a switch off, relax in my bed weekend.

^ As you can see in the above picture , this is my bedside table (room tour coming soon) At the moment, I have my Tahaa, Vanilla Caramel candle from Glasshouse burning (it smells amazing!) I cannot describe the smell off this – its like a cold winters day, curled up on the couch w/ a blanky watching a movie, that’s how I can describe the smell. I also have my cute little turtle lamp on (ah, my love for turtles) my crystals & flowers – my bedside table brings peace to my bedroom, it’s the first thing I see when I wake up, my water bottle tends to live here, as well as my charging phone so its the first thing I look at in the mornings.

As I sit here & eat my vanilla oats w/ banana & chia seeds – I think what I am going to do with my day – I am going to spend the day dedicated to Discovering Your Happiness – working on some great new content, & organising my website content journals. This will all happen AFTER I go to the gym. Gym first, lol!

img_4018Sometimes I just jump on here & write the first thing that comes to mind – however I really want to work on preparing content, knowing what will be posted when. Being prepared daily, weekly, monthly etc – knowing what I am doing & having a vision.

Discovering Your Happiness has become a good hobby of mine, I really like to spend my time on here posting & also reading other peoples journeys & what they get up to.

I understand that its still Friday for some of you wonderful people that read my blog  & for some it is Saturday morning – wherever you are in the world… Have a beautiful day.

A, x
