Aura Quartz

I purchased 2 amazing Aura Quartz from the Dinosaur Museum whilst I was in Canberra.

I have showcased their meanings below – I feel I can most certainly relate to both of these meanings & am seeking calm + peaceful energy through these crystals.

Champagne Aura Quartz:

It is a high vibrational crystal of transmutation and spiritual harmony, helping one to ground energetic and psychological changes into the body and to put one’s spiritual ideals into practice. Champagne Aura stimulates the Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras, and is an excellent talisman for those new to spiritual work or healing to trust their own instincts and gifts, and to connect with their personal healing guides and angels. As a business support stone, Champagne Aura assists in all areas where negotiation and the resolution of conflict is required. It encourages philanthropy and charity, and can bring unexpected joy to seemingly unpromising situations. This crystal assists the organs of the body to find balance and is believed to be especially beneficial to the thyroid and endocrine system, increasing assimilation of minerals and supporting metabolic function and hormonal balance. It is also thought to reawaken the body’s immune system to fight off super-viruses and complex conditions where causes of the body attacking itself are not clear.

Rose Aura Quartz:

The gentle energy of Rose Aura is uplifting but not overwhelming, and produces a marvellous frequency that stimulates the pineal gland and the Heart Chakra to transmute deeply held doubts about self-worth. It is a favourite among young women, especially if they have suffered from body image issues & self doubt. This crystal makes a powerful connection to Universal Love, and bestows the gift of unconditional love of the Self. It permeates the whole body with its energy and restores the cells to perfect balance. It is great for emotional and multidimensional healing, ameliorating anger, and soothing burns.

Happy Mothers Day, Mum!

My mum… Where do I start?

She’s an amazing woman, someone who I truly admire & look up to.

My mother has always been there for me, to guide & support me throughout my whole life – I don’t know where I’d be if it wasn’t for mum!

She is an extremely hard worker who has a heart of gold & I thank her for all she has done for me.

Over the years, my relationship w/ my mother has grown stronger & stronger!

She has been there through all the ups & downs, smiles & frowns, tantrums & cries! She’s witnessed it all.

Since developing anxiety nearly 3 years ago, she has learnt my triggers & coping strategies to calm me down. I can’t imagine what it would be like for her to see me go through this. I acknowledge when you have anxiety, it is stressful those around you bc they have to put up w/ your negative attitude, your crazy thoughts, and constantly being reassured but my mother has never failed at making sure I am stepping forward w/ my anxiety & not stepping backwards.

Some days are GREAT, yet some days are so crap & I am so blessed that after a hard day at work she will still stay up to calm me down or just sit w/ me & listen to my crazy thoughts.

Thank you mum for being there every step of the way.

Happy Mother’s Day.
