I absolutely LOVE the exercise bike – the love I have for the exercise bike is phenomenal.
On Easter Monday, I spent the day at home – I jumped on the bike & started riding, little did I know I was going to ride 83kms.
I went onto Google Maps to see one of the nice places I like to drive to & one of those places is Wollongong Beach, this beach is a fair drive from me but it gets me out of the ‘rat-race’ I used to spend a lot of time down there – just go for a drive & switch of. Nearly every second or third weekend I was at Wollongong, I loved it!
From my house Wollongong is 82-83kms, so I literally aimed for that on my bike – &… I DID IT! #smashinggoals
I am really enjoying working out & creating goals for myself & smashing them.
Just last week, I smashed my rower goal & this week I’ve smashed a bike goal (getting within the 80s).
Riding long distance on the bike is real therapeutic to me – I enjoy it a lot.

My next goal is a 3-digit number 🙂
I think I am going to share my goals list w/ you all to share you where I am at & when I achieve something – its great to share when you achieve a goal, its an amazing feeling.
