Challenge Yourself

  1. When you catch yourself overthinking things, challenge yourself to take a step forward instead.
  2. When you have two good options, challenge yourself to go w/ the one that scared you bc it can help you grow faster.
  3. When you’re doing something new, challenge yourself to do it w/ enthusiasm & devotion.
  4. When mistakes are made, challenge yourself to learn from them rather than waste time blaming yourself.
  5. When you find yourself trying to control too much, challenge yourself to let go & enjoy the moment.
  6. When someone treats you poorly, challenge yourself to treat them w/ kindness & respect.
  7. When you catch yourself thinking the grass is greener elsewhere, challenge yourself to water the grass you’re standing on.
  8. When you are in a negative mood, challenge yourself to think positive & draw yourself away from silly thoughts.
  9. When you are anxious, challenge yourself into being thankful  grateful for the life that you have been blessed w/.
  10. When you are doubting yourself, challenge yourself to appreciate & love the skin you’re in.
