Fitness Week 23/02 – 29/02

So, this week has been a productive week exercise-wise for me – something that I would like to share. Every day I wanted to do some form of exercise whether it’d be cardio or some body weight exercises. Everything I did this week I recorded in my notes on my phone & wanted to share them on my blog. Some days I did morning, some days I did nights, some days I did both (which left me impressed) – some days I find it really hard to work out, especially after a long day at work, all I want to do when I get home is relax, read a book & go to bed. However, this week I woke up earlier & worked out & also when I got home I also worked out, which felt good.

Below is what I recorded throughout the week in regards to what I did. I hope that this week pans out exactly how this week went bc I would really like to get myself in the habit of working out bc not only for the physical benefits but also the mental benefits as well.

Monday Night:

40km Bike Ride

30 x calf raises

30 x squats

30 x sit ups

30 x leg raises

30 x torso plank twists

30 x push ups

30 x tricep dip
Tuesday Morning: 

15km Bike Ride

30 x calf raises

30 x squats

30 x sit ups

30 x leg raises

30 x torso plank twists

30 x push ups

30 x tricep dip
Tuesday Night:

21km Bike Ride

50 x calf raises

30 x squats
Wednesday Morning:

30 x calf raises

30 x squats

30 x sit ups

30 x leg raises

30 x torso plank twists

30 x push ups

30 x tricep dip
Wednesday Night:

30km Bike Ride

30 x calf raises

30 x squats

30 x sit ups

30 x leg raises

30 x torso plank twists

30 x push ups

30 x tricep dip
Thursday morning:

25km Bike Ride

30 x calf raises

30 x squats

30 x sit ups

30 x leg raises

30 x torso plank twists

30 x push ups

30 x tricep dip
Friday morning:

50 x calf raises

30 x squats

50 x sit ups

30 x leg raises

30 x torso plank twists

30 x push ups

30 x tricep dip
Friday night: 

23km Bike Ride
Saturday night: 

8km walk @ Brighton-Le-Sands

J & I went on the best walk together, it was so lovely to go for a walk w/ him & exercise w/ him.
Sunday afternoon:

20km Bike Ride

6km Run

50 x calf raises

30 x squats

30 x sit ups

30 x leg raises

30 x torso plank twists

30 x push ups

30 x tricep dip

TOTAL (Just bc I want to see the total amount, hehe)

Bike: 147kms

Walk/Run: 14kms

Calf Raises: 300

Squats: 240

Sit Ups: 200

Leg Raises: 210

Torso Plank Twists: 210

Push Ups: 210

Tricep Dips: 210
