When you can’t sleep, say to yourself:

  • Peaceful sleep awaits me in dreamland.
  • I let go of all the false stories I make up in my head.
  • I release my mind of thought until the morning.
  • I embrace the peace and quiet of the night.
  • I sleep soundly and deeply and beautifully into this night.
  • I am grateful that I have the opportunity to sleep.
  • I have done my best for today.
  • I have earned my rest for tonight.
  • I close this day with joy.
